Full-service shed builds delivered to lock-up

Most site work is completed by experienced subcontractors we arrange, but you can also supply your own trades if preferred. We coordinate timing and responsibility so the build runs smoothly.

Verification: we work with local, experienced contractors and check licences, insurance and relevant experience before engagement to keep your build compliant and safe.

At handover, 'lock‑up' means the building is weatherproof, secure and ready for use as a shed. We use this definition to make final checks and to confirm completion with you.

• Roof installed and watertight

• Structure fixed to the slab and ready for general use

The onsite supervisor will verify each item and complete the handover checklist before you sign off.

We stand behind our workmanship and the materials we install. Steel components supplied through Ranbuild/BlueScope typically carry manufacturer warranties; many doors and windows also include their own guarantees. For build‑related issues contact us and we’ll assess and arrange remedial work as needed.

• What’s covered: manufacturer warranties on steel and component parts, and remedial work for installation defects reported after handover.

• Exclusions / optional paid services: aftermarket third‑party installations (we don’t warranty work we didn’t carry out), waste removal beyond standard onsite leave, extra site works such as unexpected rock removal or extensive earthworks.

To request post‑build support, send photos and a brief description — we’ll assess, advise and if needed arrange a site visit to fix any installation issues.

We keep sites safe and tidy during the build. Our standard policy is to leave leftover job materials and small offcuts on site for the customer to keep, which we note on the order form. This avoids throwing away useful spares and makes small future repairs easier.

• Keep it yourself: standard — small offcuts and leftover fixings left on site.

• You provide: trailer or bin for us to load if you’d like to keep everything contained.

• We remove: paid bin/truck removal is available as an extra service and documented on the order form.

Cleanup completion and any waste removal choices are confirmed at handover and signed off on the final checklist.

We provide either kit‑only pricing (you arrange slab and trades) or turnkey quotes where we manage everything to lock‑up. We try to make inclusions clear and flag likely extras early. Site surprises can change costs, but we identify and communicate them before proceeding.

• Typical inclusions: Ranbuild kit, fixings, delivery and installation to lock‑up (for turnkey quotes).

• Common exclusions: major earthworks, unexpected rock removal, hidden underground services and owner‑requested extras.

• Optional extras: vermin seals, automatic door openers, insulation, enhanced ventilation and paid waste removal.

If unforeseen conditions are found (e.g., difficult ground, hidden services) we’ll provide a clear change‑order with cost and schedule impacts before continuing.
