Ranbuild Liveable models are engineered from genuine BlueScope steel and finished in standard COLORBOND® cladding with optional roof styles and external extras so the building looks the part on your block. As an Accredited Ranbuild dealer, Midwest Sheds and Garages supplies the complete kit to lock‑up stage only — that includes the external structure, pre‑engineered frames, quoted doors and windows, roofing, insulation (where selected) and engineering plans. Final internal fit‑out and occupancy certification (owner‑builder or your certifier) are arranged by the customer, not by us .

We keep things simple: Midwest Sheds and Garages supplies the complete external building kit to lock‑up stage — everything you need to make the structure weather‑tight and secure. That means you get professionally engineered plans suitable for permit lodgement and a full set of external components so your builder or owner‑builder can finish the interior to your taste. We don’t perform internal fit‑outs or final occupancy certification; those responsibilities remain with you or your chosen certifier/contractor .
Included: External structure and pre‑engineered frames, roof sheeting and roofing components, standard COLORBOND® cladding, doors and windows (as quoted), insulation where selected, fixings, flashings and all engineering plans for permit submission.
Excluded: Internal fit‑out (electrical, plumbing, wall linings, kitchens, bathrooms), final occupancy certification and any owner‑arranged trade work after lock‑up.

Quoted doors and windows supplied and installed to the lock‑up scope. Any aftermarket additions are the customer’s responsibility.
- Insulation & fixings
Insulation (if selected), fixings and cyclonic‑grade screws where required. Delivered with the kit so the shell performs properly in local conditions.
- Exclusions (internal works & certification)
Electrical, plumbing, internal linings, kitchens/bathrooms and final occupancy certification are not supplied. These must be arranged by the customer or their builder/certifier.

Colour and finishes

Cyclonic‑grade fixings: Where applicable we use cyclonic proof screws and robust fixings to improve longevity and hold up to high wind loadings.
Engineered frames: Pre‑engineered portal frames and specified purlin spacing ensure the building performs to the nominated wind and soil conditions in your permit.
Warranty
Ranbuild products carry a BlueScope‑backed warranty: a 15‑year corrosion/deterioration warranty from the date of installation for buildings located more than one kilometre from direct marine exposure. If your site is in a harsh coastal or marine environment we’ll advise what additional protection or warranty detail applies — always consult BlueScope or your Accredited Ranbuild dealer for specifics .
